Bank Audi takes business banking digital with neo Business

Bank Audi announced recently the launch of neo Business, the digital banking service dedicated to business owners, from freelancers and small and medium enterprises to larger companies, in a move aimed at facilitating their access to advanced digital banking tools that keep pace with their daily needs.

neo Business is part of Bank Audi’s strategy to support entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises in Lebanon in growing their businesses and improving their operational efficiency, through an integrated app that enables full management of accounts and payments via mobile phone.

The service enables business owners to:

- Open a bank account within minutes online, with no need to visit a branch or fill out paper documents.

- Open two accounts, in US Dollars and Lebanese Pounds, with the option to add other accounts in currencies such as the Euro, British Pound, UAE Dirham, Saudi Riyal, and Qatari Riyal.

- Pay suppliers and employee salaries, and receive payments from neo customers via QR Code.

- Exchange currencies directly within the app, as well as send payment links and requests to collect dues quickly.

- Deposit and withdraw cash for free via Bank Audi ATMs or through a network of more than 3,000 authorized agents.

- neo Business also offers the neo Pay solution, which allows shop owners and e-commerce platforms to receive payments instantly via QR Code, with no additional fees.

neo Business is taking part in the Lebanon Industry Expo 2026, which has started today and runs through Saturday.
